Great place, you won't find a place that can lay down a smoother finish on your ride. Highly recommended, just take a look around their lobby at the accolades Scott and his team have achieved. A+

I have been going to Scott for years for paint correction on my car. Over the years even though he does good work, he is very difficult to work with. He is rude at times and really needs to improve his customer service skills. My last visit was my last. Even though he did the work I paid him to do, he ruined my wheels on my car by using some type of cleaner that he left on too long and it ruined my finish which had nothing wrong with them when I brought it to him. A professional wheel repairman advised that is what had happened. When I tried to talk to Scott he was rude and kept saying that he didn’t believe that he did it but was willing to pay half of the $428.00 it is going to cost to have them repaired. As I was leaving I heard him tell his employee that he hated me and that I was falsely accusing him of damaging my wheels. I left him a message the next day advising him that I heard what he said and that he would never be bothered with me again. I have to much integrity to deal with him. I have always tried to be respectful and nice to him. Maybe some people have a good experience with him or maybe it’s because I am gay. I don’t know and I really don’t care.

The only reason this reviewer is assigning a 5 star rating is that a higher number was not available. Scott is an amazing person, a savvy businessman, and a man of his word. I was bumped in a parking lot and needed to have my rear bumper repaired. My 2007 Volvo continues to provide great service and a smooth ride, so I wanted to repair the dent. Parts are being discontinued for my vehicle because of its age. Not only did Scott provide a fair estimate for the repair, but when I picked up my car it looked new because he had made the repair, washed the car and interior mats, and sanded the headlight covers! I wish I had found The Paint Shop years ago!

I recently got into a car accident where the entire front of my car was damaged and insurance declared it a total loss. Based on other reviews, I decided to drive from Richmond, VA to Winston-Salem, NC, just to have Scott repair my car. Scott runs a great shop with a friendly attitude. He was able to fit me in right before Christmas and it has been the best present I could ask for. He prioritizes open communication, attention to detail, and honest prices. I could not recommend this shop more!

In a day and age where good customer service and quality work is hard to find, Scott and his crew are top-notch! My husband and I have brought him two vehicles that needed work and from start to finish, we have no complaints! Scott went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We highly recommend them for your paint care needs.
